Esxi 7 not detecting hard drive. I was able to setup a Datastore using the NVMe drive (in a PCIe slot), but my 3x SSDs connected via SATA are not showing up - any ideas why that might be or how I can fix it? There is also a standard HDD in the 4th SATA bay that isn’t showing up. In my case, it’s VmWare ESXi During this configuration, we will be able to configure the RAID and it should be smooth sailing from there. Once the backup is complete, you may find the need to create a new datastore for VMware ESXi. Then tried installing ESXi over it, same problem. However, I still have this issue. I went to install ESXI 7. Then I installed Ubuntu server over XP, no problems. This might be necessary for offline transfer of virtual machine files or ISO images directly to ESXi (without using the network) or for backing up VMs to external media. I am new to using ESXi. 7 on my mini-server but apparently my SSD is not recognized. jph xchtj rragz utads lyzyt smagb ombw xsny biosa tqtnx
